Iyengar Yoga Preliminary Course Study Starts May 25

Obstacles are an unavoidable part of yoga practice and life . At times, both physical and emotional challenges seem too big to manage.  In this workshop , Skyler will deconstruct seemingly complicated asanas so that they can become possible to approach and practice with Curiosity, Confidence and Joy !  

Skyler Christensen  is the Studio Manager of Iyengar Yoga Dallas. She  is also the Social Media and Communications Manager for the Iyengar Yoga National Association ( IYNAUS)
